Pencil and watercolour; 160 by 118 mm.
Signed lower right: ‘EN’; and inscribed on label pasted to reverse of original frame: ‘A Portrait of Abdulla a Mussulman servant of my father at Mangalore painted by Nash in India date unknown with exactitude but probably the same as that of the’ [ayah?] ‘& Marianne in 1805 or 6.’
