Circular letter with estimate for the line from Futtygurh to Delhi, with branches to Phillibheet and Nugeena. 3. Copy of letter from John Murray to the Directors of the Tramroad Company, commenting on the useful application of horses to Railways in general, and affirming that the use of animal power on the Railways is the most advantageous that can be adopted. 4.
