(c) Moolletivo [= Mullaittivu] 23 May 1793.Memorial of the state of the Wanny Country composed together and drawn up in compliance with the directions of the Honorable Willem Jacob van de Graaff, Ordinary Councellor of the Netherlands India, Governor and Director of the Island of Ceylon with the dependencies thereof, by the undersigned Land Regent [Thomas Nagel]. A translated extract from op. cit. pp. 3-5, being the beginning of it.
(d) Singularities regarding the Wannee Country. Extracted from a Memoir of Captain Thomas Nagal dated 23rd May 1793. Translation of op. cit., based on pp. 5-230 thereof. The actual Dutch original is Mackenzie Private 59.5
(e) A list of various kinds of medicinal roots, bark, leaves, gums and fruits produced in the Wanny Country, with their Tamil names and the uses attributed to them. Translated from the Dutch of Mackenzie Private 59.2
(f) Point Pedro, 26 July 1661.Instructions for the Denave or Regent over the Princes of Jaffna and the Country of the Wanny belonging to its territory, whereafter he is to regulate himself. The Denave was the Dutch local administrative officer and his duties were multifarious, like those of a district officer in British India. He was also in command of the troop, both European and Native in his district. The instructions are issued under the authority of the Governor General of the Dutch East Indies in Council and signed by Rykloff van Goens. Translated from the Dutch of Mackenzie Private 59.3.
(g) Moolletivo [= Mullaittivu] 23 May 1793.Calculative computation of a Coffee plantation which produces annually 95,000 pounds of coffee, by Anthony Blom. Estimate of the expenses of starting and maintaining such a plantation. Translated from the Dutch of Mackenzie Private 59.4
(h) Further translated extracts from Mackenzie Private 59.1 (on the Wanny Country), corresponding to parts of pp. 6-7, 8, 15-6, 18 and 23-96 thereof, which are the portions omitted in (b) supra, so that (c), (b) and (h) taken together constitute a translation of the whole original.
