(a) Instructie voor de ge committeer de om zig daar va te reguleeren bij de nieuwe land beschryving in de Colombose en Maturese Dessavenyen mitsgaders in de Gale Corle.
The original of the following, q.v.,
(b) Instructions for the Commissioners appointed to make a new Register of the landed property in the districts of the provinces of Colombo and Mature [= Matara], and the Corles of Galle, to serve them as a guide. 23 articles, signed by J V Stein v. Gollanesse, prescribing in considerable detail the system to be followed.
(c) Extract of a resolution in the Council of Ceylon, made on Thursday the 29th September 1791.
Instructs the grant of land by the Company against immediate payments; and authorises the sale by squattees or persons in possession of land occupied without leave but subject to payment to the Company of a third of its value.
It is doubtful whether this originally formed part of Mackenzie Class XIV.13, as it is not mentioned in Wilson's Catalogue.
