35. Sep 1857 Letter from H Pennitz, Board of Revenue, Calcutta. Requests financial assistance towards expense of sickness and death of his wife, enclosed notes with result of enquiries that show he was widowed but not a case for relief. Enclosed also is same request sent to Viscount Canning.
