92. 30 May 1861 Letter from Mrs C E Crawford.Sends list of names of gentlemen who know of her circumstances, Lady Canning notes that these recommendations are satisfactory, 50 rupees is sent in reply
93. 1 Jun 1861 Letter from Dr R Stuart, Calcutta. Replies with information regarding Mrs C E Crawford and her circumstances, he had employed her convicted husband as apothecary.

99. 18 Sep 1861 Letter from D Templeton, Assistant Secretary, Calcutta District Charitable Society. Reply with information about Mrs Ellen Limond and John Peter.
100. 17 Sep 1861 Letter from John Peter, Calcutta. Requests financial assistance for the expense of his daughter's wedding, ten rupees sent in reply.
100a. 18 Nov 1861 Letter from Captain Eugene Impey, Political Agent, Ulwur. Informs that he has sent 12 stereographs of Indian subjects under separate cover, knowing Lady Canning's interest in photography. The reply in thanks is from Lord Canning.
100b. Jun 1856 Letter from Miss Scott, Lady Superintendent of the Calcutta Young Ladies' Institution. With signed requisition of Gentlemen's and Ladies' Committees of the Institution that Lady Canning, with her interest in female education, should become patroness. Also enclosed printed reports including report of the provisional committee submitted to subscribers 9 Apr 1855 with list of subscribers, reprinted notice regarding annual examination and distribution of prizes of Dec 1855, by-laws of educational department and boarding establishment including daily menus, prospectus for second session including plans of study, daily routine of infant school, curriculum and fees. In reply Lady Canning agrees to request and arranges visit.
