2. Memoranda (undated) Two documents, No. 1, ‘Proceedings on the passing of the act 30 Car. 2. Stat. 2, for disabling Papists from sitting in either House of Parliament’ dated from 1678 and No. 2. ‘Sketches and Extracts of the proceedings in Parliament from the year 1672 to 1678, in the 7 sessions preceding the discovery of Titus Oates’s plot, & the passing of the Papists Exclusion Bill …’.
