Contains docketed sets of papers numbered 771 to 786, originally in one bundle labelled ‘Military Secretary's Office No. 9. Papers on Miscellaneous Subjects Nos. 701 to 805’.
File is incomplete, as items were removed from the sequence of Papers on Miscellaneous Subjects, and taken on board the Feroze for the Governor General. They now form part of a sequence of Special Papers on Board the Feroze (Mss Eur F699/1/3/8). Items 772-776, 778-779, 782-785, and 787-790 can be found in Mss Eur F699/1/3/8/1. Items 791-805 can be found in Mss Eur F699/1/3/8/2.
Note that 'Nos. 772 to 776, 778, 779, 782 to 785, 787 to 805. These are gone with the Secretary on the Feroze'.
