Work-book 66: Dated 2 March 1999 onwards, no end date. Detailed sketches for 'HAVOC' (op. 83). Also includes diary entries from March - June 1999 in English and French. Various photographs and prints pasted throughout volume.
Work-book 67: Dated 13 June 1999 onwards, no end date. Detailed sketches, structural notes and drafts for 'HAVOC' (op. 83), including draft score for 'Prologues' and 'Bubbles' of movement 1 (ff.243-270); and sketches for the 'Epilogue' of movement 5 (ff.269v-280). Also contains notes and sketches for cut movement 'Man overboard'.
