(1). Printed vocal score, lacking covers. Printed during the management of Rupert D'Oyly Carte (1913-48). Annotated in pencil.
(2). Printed vocal score formerly owned by Leslie Rands, his autograph pencil notes throughout. Ownership inscription of Marjorie Eyre and Leslie Rands, Savoy Hotel, London. Further inscription beneath: 'Presented to the New D'Oyly Carte Opera Co. by their son Major Ian Rands / 24 Aug 88'. Loosely inserted inside the front cover, with hinged envelope, is Leslie Rands's Pirate King moustache. Also, a small yellow 'post-it note' of more recent date that reads: 'changed lyric "twilight"'. Attached at p. 45, a manuscript strip (pencil) of 4 bars of additional voice (Mabel/Chorus).
(3). Libretto. Master photocopy sheets (A4).
(4). Five annotated copies of the published libretto. Three copies with ownership signatures, including Leslie Rands and W. R. Thomas (dated 1923). One copy annotated 'With cuts pages 17 and 33'. One unannotated edition of the libretto published by Bass Publishers, 705 Willoughby Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.
