- Award of arbitration to Mrs Horne, 13 May 1793’. Starts: ‘Memmorandum May 13, 1793’ signed by Edwd. Kitchiner and Robert Young.
- Bundle of remarks on a document relating to the dispute about the tenancy [by John Vernon?]
- Remarks on Draft of Lease from Topham to Yorke [by Yorke or Vernon?], with marginal comments on right hand side of folios.
- Letter from Mr Bentley to Mr Vernon, 30 January 1789, enclosing a draft lease of Bowmans Green Farm from Yorke to Topham, and a copy of the heads of agreement, in Charles De Laet’s handwriting. Comments on both the draft lease and the agreement [by Mr Bentley?] on strips of paper have been pinned to the two documents at appropriate passages.

Includes the 1779 agreement between James Topham and Charles De Laet, Mr Yorke’s agent; the disposal of lease by James Topham to Mr Horn in 1788 or 1789; minutes of covenants and condition at meeting between Charles De Laet, Mr Yorke’s agent, and Mr Horne, the new tenant; the notice to quit delivered to his widow, Mrs Horne, February 1793; and subsequent dealings with Mrs Horne.
