Constance Maud Raban 1896-1921

Diary kept by (Constance) Maud Raban (1877-1952), youngest daughter of Sir Edward Raban and his wife Edith Welman.
The diary entries for 1 January 1896 to 24 September 1899 run chronologically and detail visits by family and friends, visits paid to family and friends, her father's travels with work, and her attendance at church.
There is then a short entry for 17 August 1901 (folio 84) detailing her journey from London to Paris. The last entry is for 23 November 1921 (folio 86) in which she discusses her father's correspondence, the book her father has been reading and the announcement of Princess Mary's engagement.
Folio 17 comprises a loose piece of paper with a recipe for Cheese Pudding.
Folio 85 contains a full page quote titled 'To be Honest to be Kind', possibly by Sir Philip Sidney.
