هذا كتاب قراباذين نجيب الدين السمرقندي مؤلف كتاب الأسباب
والعلامات وهو على ترتيب العلل والأمراض
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم وبه نستعين
الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلوة والسلام على سيد المرسلين أما بعد فهذه
أدوية مرتبة على بعض الأمراض من الأعضاء الرئيسة وغيرها

... وقد يسقى دانقًا من الذراريح مع دانق من العدس
المقشر بماء فاتر بعد أن ينقع الذراريح في الرائب يومًا
وليلةً ويبدل الرائب يفعل ثلاثة مرات فيكون كافيًا
