Excerpt on the treatment of dysmenorrhoea said to be from the Book of the Treasure (كتاب الذخيرة) attributed to Thābit ibn Qurrah (ثابت ابن قرة, d. 901; see line 18). Although material on this topic features in the edited text of the Book of the Treasure (see ed. Sobhy, chapter 18, pp. 117-18), the excerpt presented here is not found. The text was copied by the grandson of Muḥammad Amīn Bek ibn Ibrāhīm Bek ibn Yūnus Afandī ibn Yāsīn Afandī al-Muftī ibn Maḥmūd Afandī (محمد أمين بك بن إبراهيم بك بن يونس أفندي بن ياسين أفندي المفتي بن محمود أفندي, d. ca 1812, see Raʾūf, 'al-Adīb al-ṭabīb Muḥammad Amīn Bek Āl Yāsīn al-Muftī al-Mawṣilī' [2016]).
