The manuscript is composed of a text of palm leaves numbered from 1 to 14 on which 75 verses are wriiten; it is incomplete. The manuscript is partly damaged. The leaves 5, 9 and 12 have been affected by fungus. The first leaf is a salutation to Lord Ganesh, Sarasvatī and to the guru. The text is in form of questions-responses; the questions asked by Tēvi Pārvatī are clarified by Civaṉ. A part of the dialogue concerns the origin of the earth. The second topic revolves around the physician and his/her practice: his/her origin, his/her required qualities, information he/she has to collect from the patient, the use of nāṭi, the necessity to establish a prognosis of the disease and to classify it. Size of the manuscript: 30cm x 2,8cm. The text, numbered from 1 to 14, is incomplete. The manuscript is partly very damaged. The leaves 5, 9 and 12 were attacked by fungus.
