This manuscript, consisting of 67 palm leaves,has a single text. This text deals with preparation of medicines. The preparations, essentially complex, which are mentioned are: Cavukkāra kuṟu, Cavukāra vaḻalai, Muppu vaḻalai, Kuṟu vaḻalai, Raca centūram, Aṣṭa loka centūram, Kānta centūram, Ayakānta centūram, Veṭiyuppu ceyanīr, Navacāra cuṉṉam, Cāra cuṉṉam, Turicu cuṉṉam, Meḻuku cuṉṉam, Tāmpira cuṉṉam, Tālaka cuṉṉam, Kānta kiṇṇam, Ayacempu, Kaṟiyuppu kaṭṭu, Cāti liṅka kaṭṭu, Māl tēvi kaṭṭu, Karuvaṅka kaṭṭu, Kalluppu tailam, Raca paṟpam, Kantaka meḻuku, Pācāṇa meḻuku, Pācāṇam katta ceyanīr, Raca pataṅkam, Lavaṇa trāvakam, Ayacempu, and Taṅka cempu. The text explains some iatrochemical processes that use vaḻalai (fuller' earth) and cuṉṉam (white alcaline medicine based on metal or metallic salts) and also a formula based on Kaluppu tailam and racam. The text lists plants used in the process of medicinal preparations: Pēy kaṭalai, Poṟ cīntil, Nal ārai, Poṉṉām kāṇi, Aḻu kaṇṇi, Toḻukaṇṇi, Veṇ karantai and Civaṉār vempu.
Size of the manuscript 34,5cm x 3,4cm. The text is numbered in Tamil and Arabic from 1 to 65. Each leaf contain 14 lines. The leaf 6 is doubled there is a blank leaf. The manuscript is in good condition but is incomplete.
