The manuscript is composed of a text whose the palm leaves are numbered from 1 to 39. The manuscript is in good condition.
The text describes formulation of the following medicines: Paṭṭai kaṣāyam; Maṇṭūra curaṇam, Acuvakantāti curaṇam and Uppu curaṇam; Piruṇkāmala tailam; Kaṇṭaṅkattiri lēkiyam and Tāḷicapattiri lēkiyam; Kōḻi paṟpam, Kānta paṟpam, Veḷvaṇka paṟpam, Nāka paṟpam, Tāḷaka paṟpam and Ciṟṟaṇṭa paṟpam; Cuyamākkiṉi centūram, Pañcapācāṇa centūram, Mirutār ciṅki centūram, Uppu kaṭṭu centūram, Mucuvākkiṇi centūram, and Racakanti centūram; Cura māttirai, mirutuvāti māttirai, Aṭaikalaṉ kuruvi māttirai, Caṉṉiku māttirai and Liṇka pūra māttirai; Navakiraka veḷḷai; Kantaka cuṉṉam and Veṇkāra cuṉṉam; Maṇṭai valiku tiri; Vīra meḻuku, Vīra meḻuku, Kuṉma meḻuku and Pūra meḻuku; Tāḷaka kaṭṭu; and Kumi kalpam.
The text informs medicines for treating anemia (cōkai), gastric ulcer (kuṉmam) and flatulence (vāyu); external application (oṟṟaṭam) for rectifying vāta imbalance; medicinal powders for improving potency (tātu puṣṭi) and dysmenorrhea (cūtaka vāyu); pills for treating delirium (caṉṉi); oils for treating sinusitis(pīṉicam) and ointment for wounds (puṉṉu).
Size of the manuscript 23,7cm x 3,3cm. The palm leaves of the text are numbered in Arabic from 1 to 39. There are 2 blank leaves. The manuscript is in excellent condition.
