Title in original script: வர்ம கண்ணாடி
The manuscript is composed of a text dealing with physiology, philosophy and varma practice. The palm leaves are extremely breakable, their extremities covered by insect egg strings which partly damaged the scripts.
The text, incomplete, contains palm leaves numbered from 1 to 89. The information on physiology concern: embryology, notably, the development of the fetus and birth (jeṉippiṉ kūṟu); the 5 constituents of the body (pañca tātukkaḷ); the five motor organs (kaṉmēntiriyam) and their functions (vicayam añcu); the five senses (pulaṉ viparam) and the five sensory perceptions (ñāṉa intiriyam); the mental faculty (karaṇam), the state of mind (avattai añcu) and intelligence (aṟivu); the veins and nerves (nāṭi narampukaḷiṉ tokai) and joints (pūṭṭu muṭippiṉ). The text details the three humours (tōṣam mūṉṟu), the three major pulses (vāta, pitta and cēttuma nāṭi) and ten stages of pulse (tacanāṭi viparam), and the ten vayu (taca vāyu viparam). It also describes the elements which constitute everything (pañcapūta).
The information related to philosophy concern the six chakras (āṟu ātāram), the three obstacles to attain perfection (mūṉṟu malam: ego, karma and delusion), and the passions (rāka eṭṭu). It explains also the three circuits (maṇṭalam) (sun, moon and fire) in the body.
The text lists the name of many injuries of the vital points (varmattiṉ peyarkaḷ). They are: koṇṭai kolli, cīṟum kolli, kuṟṟi kālam, viṟtti kālam, poykkai kālam, naṭcattira kālam, kāmpūri kālam, valamūrtti kālam, aṇṇāṉ kālam, tilartta kālam, tummi kālam, kaikkeṭṭi kālam, aṭappa kālam, caṭappiṟa kālam, utira kālam, ūṟakka kālam, caṅku tiri kālam, ēnti kālam, kaikaṭṭi kālam, mūttira kālam, valampuri kālam, iṭampuri kālam, taṭciṇai kālam, kaṇṇu pukai kālam, cumai varmam, kākaṭṭai varmam, katir varmam, katir kāma varmam, putti varmam, cakti varmam, tivaḷai varmam, kuttu varmam, uḷpuṟṟu varmam, aṉumār varmam, kūmpu varmam, nēr varmam, paṉṟi varmam, muṉcaruti varmam, piṉ caruti varmam, kiḷippiṟa varmam, kiḷimēka varmam, puca varmam, cuḻiyāṭi varmam, cuḷukku varmam, kaccai varmam, naraṅkal kuṟṟi varmam, aṇi varmam, muṇṭellu varmam, moḻi varmam, veḷḷai varmam, maṇipantaṉa varmam, caruti varmam, muṇṭakkaṭṭu varmam, acaivu varmam, cuṇṭōti varmam, paṭa varmam, virutti varmam, mūṭṭu varmam, nēma varmam, paṭci varmam, oṭṭu varmam, uṟumi varmam, periya atti curukki and ciṟiya atti curukki.

It describes the three types of pulse (nāṭi) and informs on the condition of vata, pitta and cēttuma when vital points are affected (vāta, pitta, cēttuma varma koḷḷum vitam), notably in pregnant women (kaṟppiṇikaḷ).
