The manuscript is composed of a text made of palm leaves numbered from 1 to 6; it is incomplete. It is in good condition. However, the leaves are very twisted and weakened by fungus infestation. Size of the manuscript 45,0cm x 3,7cm. The palm leaves of the text are numbered from 1 to 6 in Tamil and Arab. The manuscript is in good condition. The text, entitled Piraḷi Nitāṉam, is written in verses in Malayalam. It concerns fits or convulsions called piraḷi for which it describes the types: vāyu piraḷi, akkiṉi piraḷi, paccai piraḷi, cura piraḷi, nīr piraḷi, tuṭṭu piraḷi, muṟukku piraḷi, viṣa piraḷi, tonta piraḷi, cuvāca kāca piraḷi, aticāra piraḷi, vimalakaṅṭa piraḷi, mañcaḷ piraḷi and iḻaippu piraḷi.
