Bound volume ('Liverpool & London & Globe Insurance Company' note book) entitled 'Litanies 1916'. Containing the following litanies for SATB voices and copied in at least three hands, none of them Elgar's. While the copying took place in 1916 the compositions by Elgar are thought to date from 1886-1888. Former references: MS182; 2001.169-193.
