The volume records baptisms of enslaved people registered in the Church of Santo Antônio de Sá, Itaboraí-RJ, between 22 Dec 1742 and 23 Nov 1749. There is no closing charter; the opening charter was signed by Gaspar (?) Alves de Araújo on 25 Oct (?)and states that the volume pertains to the Church of anto Antonio of the village of Macacu or Cassarabu (the former name of Santo Antônio de Sá). There is a record of a pastoral visit realized on 28 (?) 1(?)73. Thomas Antonio Pisarro initialed the folios. Entries were signed by the following clergy: Vicar Miguel Antonio (?), Commissioned Vicar Antonio (An.to) Leão da Costa, Vicar Gaspar Antunes de Sousa, and Vicar José Pereira.
