The volume records marriages and burials of enslaved people registered in the Church of Santo Antônio de Sá, Itaboraí-RJ between 2 Jul 1719 and 9 Sept 1754. There are no opening or closing charters. There is a record of a pastoral visit realized on 16 Jun 1747 by Vicar Gavião. African ethnonyms/"nations" mentioned: Angola, Guiné (Guinea), Congo. Entries were signed by the following clergy: Coadjutor Salvador de Sá, Joao Luis de Azevedo, Manoel (M.el) (?) Moreira, Jonm Clemente, Vicar Joze Rodrigues, Vicar Anastacio Roiz de Barros, Vicar João Baptista (Bap.ta), Vicar Bento Pereira Pinto, and Vicar Jozé Ferreira da Silva.
