Extent and format of original material: One volume 16 folio.
Physical characteristics: Pagination: 1 to 4, one page without pagination, 1 to 25. The pages are moth-eaten, yellowed, acidic and very brittle. Edges torn. Marks of foxing, fungal infestation, reverse impressions, patches of colour and rust marks are visible. Item was probably exposed to moist conditions. Fold marks were present. Pages are very brittle. Torn pages and edges. Rust marks visible. Dimensions: 34x21x0. 3.
