The file includes three original Certificates of Authentication with annexed reproductions of handwritten and typewritten documents: 1. Extract from Axim Native Affairs. Letter dated 10 January 1884. ADM 11/1106; 2. Extract from Axim Native Affairs.ADM 11/106, pages 92-96; 3. Extract from Axim Native Affairs.ADM 11/106, pages 492-498; 4. Extract from Axim Native Affairs on the History of Lower Axim: a. Letter dated 15 February, 1906 to the Acting Commission, Western Province; b. Letter dated 8 February, 1906 to the Secretary for Native Affairs, Accra; c. Letter dated 10 January, 1906 to the District Commissioner, Axim; d. Letter dated 12 December, 1895 from the District Commissioner, Axim; e. Certification of election of Kwesi Bukro as successor of Kwesi Yankey, Chief of Lower Town, Axim and Chief of Lussini in the Axim District All reproductions have the stamp "National Archive of Ghana" on the back. Ghana Certificates and their reproductions are each bound by the original binding with sealing wax, typewritten pages are free. The file include also a second copy of the Extract of Native Affairs. Certificate nr. 2 is indicated as “Exhibit 2” and “Exhibit 6” The file includes also a copy of a fourth Certificate with annexed reproductions: Extracts from Axim Native Affairs. ADM 11/1106, pages 272-274.

Condition: Good.
It uses Latin script with Nzima phonetic characters.
