Four folders of correspondence including manuscript letters, faxes and music, organised into surnames A-B; Richard Rodney Bennett; surnames C-G; surnames H-L. Correspondents include, but are not limited to:
- Julian Anderson, Andrea Baron, Alison Bauld, Gilbert Biberian, Susan Bradshaw, Benedict Cruft, William Glock, Barry Guy, Susie Harries, Elizabeth Laurence (singer), Simon Limbrick, Anish Kapoor and Nicola LeFanu.
There is also a little correspondence from Richard Rodney Bennett in the first folder (surnames A-B). In the second folder, Richard Rodney Bennett uses nicknames for himself (Edie Purbright) and Elias (Amy J Waterhouse). The contents include humorous and serious letters, farcical writings, and pieces of music (including an annotated copy of a work for solo piano by Rodney Bennett called 'North London Vignettes').
