An anonymous medical compendium assembled from various Arabic and Persian works listed in the preface (f. 264v).
The work is divided into 38 bābs, each subdivided into faṣls as enumerated in the contents pages (ff. 264v-266v). The date of the transcription was originally included in a colophon, but is now obscured by a large worm-hole.
