Consta: petição (15 de março de 1877), carta precatória do Juízo de Órfãos de Mamanguape/Paraíba ao Juízo de Órfãos de Escada/Pernambuco (17 de março de 1877), partilha, recibo (21 de maio de 1877).

Description of assets: money, silver (spoons, cross), gold (ring), copper (saucepan), furniture (chairs, consoles, sofa), self-moving (slaves, vacum cattle and horses), part of the Pindobal property, part of the land (in Engenho Guarita, in Mata de Carapucena), sugarcane roots. It contains: petition (15 March 1877), rogatory letter from the Court of Orphans of Mamanguape/Paraíba to the Court of Orphans of Escada/ Pernambuco (17 March 1877), sharing, receipt (21 May 1877).
