Consta portaria e mandado (30 de novembro de 1898), termo de juramento e declaração (12 de dezembro de 1898), carta precatória (17 de dezembro de 1898), procuração (23 de maio de 1898) de herdeiros com ascendência britânica, como os Gilroy, Grumones, Thornton, Maclean, entre outros; termo de recebimento (14 março de 1899).
