Descrição de bens: ouro (relógio), prata (salvas, faqueiro, colheres, garfos, conchas, paliteiro), cobre (tachos), móveis (cadeiras, sofás, marqueza, mesas, cômodas, relógio), semoventes (gado vacum, cavalar, escravos), bens de raiz (Engenho Oiteiro do Sebastopol e benfeitorias, casas, sítios e terrras em Cabaceiras, Gurinhem, Mamanguape, Bananeiras e na Províncincia do Rio Grande do Norte), dívidas passivas. Consta termo de juramento e declaração do inventariante (9 março 1882), relação de matrícula de escravos (9 março 1882), partilha 27 maio 1882), apresentação das contas do processo (14 novembro 1884).

Descritpion of assets: gold (clock), silver (trays, cutlery, spoons, forks, ladles, toothpick holder), copper (saucepans), furniture (chairs, sofas, marquises, tables, dressers, clocks), self-moving (vacum cattle, horses, slaves), property (Engenho Oiteiro do Sebastopol and improvements, houses, ranches and lands in Cabaceiras, Gurinhem, Mamanguape, Bananeiras and in the Province of Rio Grande do Norte), passive debts. It contains an oath and declaration of the executor (9 March 1882), list of enrollment of slaves (9 March 1882), sharing (27 May 1882), presentation of accountability of the process (November 14 1884).
