Petição, 10 de junho de 1882, de Evergisto Euclides Carneiro da Cunha, Urcesino Umbelino Carneiro da Cunha, Maria Marconilla Carneiro da Cunha, e, os írmãos menores, Honorino, Américo e Geralcina, herdeiros de Joaquim Manuel Carneiro da Cunha, ao juiz municipal e órfãos de Pitimbú solicitando carta precatória para que o comendador Silvino Elvídio Carneiro da Cunha, tio e tutor, seja notificado a entregar o valor que lhes coube pela venda da propriedade Abiay. Consta petição, parecer do curador de órfãos (09 junho 1882).
Petition, 10 June 1882, of Evergisto Euclides Carneiro da Cunha, Urcesino Umbelino Carneiro da Cunha, Maria Marconilla Carneiro da Cunha, and minor brothers, Honorino, Américo and Geralcina, heirs of Joaquim Manuel Carneiro da Cunha, to the municipal judge and orphans from Pitimbú requesting letter rogatory for the commander Silvino Elvídio Carneiro da Cunha, uncle and tutor, to be notified to deliver the amount they deserve by the sale of the Abiay property. It contains a petition, report from the curator of orphans (9 June 1882).
