Consta escritura de perfiliação e reconhecimento paterno (17 dezembro 1894), mandado (25 dezembro 1894).
Petition, December 21 1894, of Geminiano Herculano de Carvalho to the judge of orphan requesting his daughter with Maria Roza das Mercês, name Luiza, be delivered to him. She was living with Luiz de Torres, dweller in Santa Rita. It contains a scripture of adoption and paternal acknowledgment (December 17 1894), warrant (December 25 1894).
