Maria Herculano de Carvalho Lyra. Contém: auto de contas do tutor (13 julho 1895), recibos (13 novembro 1894), recibo do Thesouro da Alfândega (30 julho 1895).
Petition, 11 July 1898, of Antonio de Brito Lyra requesting the rendering of accounts of receipts and expenses from the assets of his tutored children Permínio, Etelvina, Possidonio and Hildebrando de Brito Lyra, children of Francisco de Brito Lyra and his wife D. Maria Herculano de Carvalho Lyra. It contains a report with the accountability of the tutor (13 July 1895), receipts (November 13 1894), receipt from the Customs House (30 July 1895).
