Petição, 16 de outubro de 1895, do Bacharel Maximiniano José de Inojosa Varejão, requerendo tutor para os menores de nome João Benedicto, preto, e o outro de nome Manoel, cego e pardo, filhos naturais da parda Justina Maria da Conceição que os entregou a mulher do suplicante. Contém: certidão de tutela (22 outubro 1895), parecer do curador geral de órfãos (16 junho 1898), sentença (01 agosto 1898).
Petition, October 16 1895, from the lawyer Maximiniano José de Inojosa Varejão, requesting a tutor for the minors named João Benedicto, black, and another one named Manoel, blind and pardo, natural children from the parda Justina Maria da Conceição that gave them to the wife of the supplicant. It contains a certificate of tutelage (October 22 1895), report from th general attorney of orphans (16 June 1898), sentence (1 August 1898).
