Petição, 19 de fevereiro de 1896, de Maria Joaquina da Paixão requerendo remoção de tutela do seu neto Luis, menor de 5 anos de idade, pois o mesmo não é órfão, o seu pai é residente no Paraná servindo como cabo no 37º Batalhão. Consta petição (16 fevereiro 1896), parecer do curador geral de órfãos (22 fevereiro 1896), despacho (25 fevereiro 1896).
Petition, 19 February 1896, of Maria Joaquina da Paixão requesting removal of tutelage from her grandson Luis, 5-year-old minor, because he is not an orphan as his father is resident in Paraná serving as a corporal in the 37th Batallion.
