(1). Sevillana, op. 7. 14 printed instrumental parts, unannotated but with ‘Edward Elgar’ stamped on each page. Published by Charles Tuckwood, 1896. Former reference: 1977.963.
(2). Three Characteristic Pieces: ‘Contrasts: The Gavotte A.D. 1700 & 1900’, op. 10, no 3. 28 printed instrumental parts, unannotated. Published by Novello & Co, 1899. Originally contained in an envelope labelled: ‘Orchestral parts “Contrasts” by Edward Elgar belonging to M.M.C.’ and ‘Lent to Miss Scott’. Former reference: 1977.944.
(3). Vesper Voluntaries, op. 14, published by Orsborn & Tuckwood as number 26 in the series Vesper Voluntaries, 1890. Later arranged by R. Goss Custard and published as Suite for Organ by Ascherberg, Hopwood & Crew, 1911. 23 numbered pages of printed proofs, with corrections and numerous alterations in red ink by Elgar, who has written at the top of the first page: ‘Inscribed to Mrs W A Raikes’. Former reference: 1977.734.
