The book contains public deeds based in the city of Cartagena in the year 1854, among the types of proceedings that can be appreciated we highlight the purchase and sale of properties or real estate, houses, farms, schooners, brigantines, barquentines, mortgages, grants of general and special powers; marriage registry, closed wills. Among the people, places and properties that intervene in the deeds, we highlight the following: Cándido Cantillo, Antonio Gambino, Nicolas Bonoly.
Extent: 405 folios with a carboard cover with a paper seal with the number 1854.
Size and dimensions of original material: 32 cm long, 23 cm wide, 10 cm deep.
Condition of original material: Bad condition, the folios are fragile, loose, the ink rust much of the documents, is 40% redeable.
