Due to their poor condition, the few photos that were digitized emphasize mortgages, capital returns, and rent payments. Some names that are mentioned are Bernarda Ortíz Romero and María Hernández.
Extent: 31 numbered pages that are mostly in poor condition, also without a cover and rests inside a brown folder. Due to presenting most of its folios in a bad state, it was decided not to go through the digitization process of the majority of folios.
Size and dimensions of original material: 37 cm long, 23 cm wide, 7 cm deep.
Condition of original material: the condition of the protocol presents a legible writing, but as of page 116 it was decided to stop the digitization to preserve the document.
