The document contains public deeds of purchase and sale, mortgages, contracts, payment of capital, wills, granting of special powers and sworn testimonies. Among these documents we can highlight: Testament of Antonino Carabajal, is part of the “brotherhood of the Good Trip”. General Power of Attorney granted by Tomas Campbell Stevenson and Julia Stevenson to Mr. James Graham clerk No. 42 St. George's Square in Glasgow in Scotland to collect an inheritance. Stevenson's parents are: Tomas Stevenson and Janeth Campbell and Stevenson, their inheritance is on a farm called Drumsyrie. Fernando de Pombo grants special power to José Joaquín Gorí to claim the products of two shares in the Marmato mine in La Vega de Supia as heir to José Ignacio de Pombo. Eusebia Jinete grants a power of attorney to Federico Brid, a resident of Panama, to represent her in the rights that she may have in the inheritance of her brother Gregorio Diaz, a neighbor of Panama.
