The book presents mortgages, the granting of general powers, especially the one that Joaquín F Vélez cedes to his wife Manuela Vega de Vélez for reasons of exile, as a result of the war of sovereignty that occurred between 1860-1862. Bonds, formalization of possession proceedings, recognitions and rendering of censuses and deeds of purchase and sale of properties, in particular, we highlight the sale of a house on the street of San Antonio de Getsemaní, made by the children (Mauricio Romero) and the granddaughter of Pedro Romero (María de la O. Romero).
