The book presents deeds of purchase and sale of real estate properties, sales of schooners, granting of special powers, inventories of conjugal partnerships, appointments of guardianships to minors. Among the prominent figures of these records we find Ignacio Hernandez de Casamayor, Rafaela Polanco de Roman, the legitimate wife of Manuel Roman. Vicente Espinoza, Manuel Porto, Pedro Antonio Rovallo, Bartolome Perez and Juan Eakart who met for the auctions of the district sales.
Extent: 58 Numbered pages, most of the protocol is in poor condition, difficult to manipulate, the last 59 pages are empty, it has a black cover.
Size and dimensions of original material: 32 cm long, 21 cm wide, 3 cm deep.
Condition of original material: the state of the protocol is bad, it presents most of its pages in poor condition, impossible to manipulate, which does not allow an adequate reading of its content.
