The book presents house sales like the one made by Jose Maria de la Espriella, mortgage payments such as that made by Manuel Fierro, who had mortgaged his house for two thousand pesos to Mr. Juan B. Mainero Trucco, there are records of presentation of guarantors to finance Money for the increase in the consumption of beef and sow, for example Francisco de Porras presents Bernardo Capurro as guarantor for the sum of 650 pesos, payments made by Mr. Jose de la Rosa in favor of Rafael del Castillo in the amount of 643 pesos for the purchase of merchandise from his store.
Extent: 57 numbered folios, which are mostly in poor condition, with a gray and blue cover.
Size and dimensions of original material: 33 cm long, 23 cm wide, 3 cm deep.
Condition of original material: the protocol presents a legible writing, although most of its pages are completely destroyed which makes it difficult to handle and read.
