The book presents records of sales. Protocolization of marriages, conclusion of contracts, commercial associations, granting of special, general and broad powers, debt payments. Among the most important events we can highlight the sale of the Canoe "Isabel" which had two sails, two anchors and other accessories that make it navigable, the sale is made by Antonio Navarro Callozo for a value of 133 pesos.
