Among the formation of mercantile companies we highlight the formation of the "Bolivar popular bank" having as partners Carlos Velez, Fernando Velez, Nicolas Emiliani and the formation of "Banco la Union" having as partners Elena P de Gomez, Manuel Gomez, Francisco A. Gomez and Henrique de la Espriella. The special power granted by Dionisio Velez in favor of Isaac Montijo to represent him in Bogota before the Treasury and the sale made by Antonio del Real of two plots in Serrezuela street in favor of Soledad Roman de Nuñez valued at 300 pesos.
