The sale of a low house made by the brothers Carlos Velez D. and Fernando Velez D. in favor of Rafael del Castillo for 3,500 pesos, the registration of the civil marriage of Federico Romero and Ana Grave and the donation made by Jose Agustin Araujo to his mother Maria Blanco de Araujo of a tall house located on the corner of Santa Teresa street worth 7,150 pesos.
