Second of two scrapbooks compiled by the Calcutta Light Opera Group and Society (CLOGS) relating to its activities producing Gilbert & Sullivan plays and other light operas for the Anglo Indian community of Calcutta.
The scrapbook includes programmes for the productions, typescript descriptions of the productions, photographs from the plays and rehearsals with typescript captions, draft designs for sets, fliers and programmes, and press cuttings on the productions and actors. Also included are photographs of actors and prominent members of the society, accompanied by short typescript biographies.
The productions include Bob's Your Uncle, The Gondoliers, No No Nanette, Pink Champagne, The Mikado, The Merry Widow and Salad Days
