Fragment, comprising six chapters (أبواب), from a text on the use of the astrolabe.

Contents:

• Chapter ninety-five: Knowing the qiblah in your land when the astrolabe is sine rather than azimuth (الباب ضه في معرفة القبلة في بلدك إذا كان الأسطرلاب مجيبًا غير مسمت, ff. 14v-15v);
• Chapter ninety-six: Knowing what crooked hours come at night (الباب ضو في معرفة ما مضى من النهار من ساعة معوجة, ff. 15v-16r);
• Chapter ninety-seven: Knowing what straight hours come at night (الباب ضز في معرفة ما مضى من النهار من ساعة مستوية, ff. 16r-16v);
• Chapter ninety-eight: Knowing the hours used on the line of the sixth hour at the start of the line of Aries and Libra (الباب ضح في معرفة الساعات المعمولة على خط الساعة السادسة في أول خط الحملة والميزان, ff. 16v-17r);
• Chapter ninety-nine: Knowing the latitude of each plate used for any latitude (الباب ضط في معرفة عرض كل صفيحة المعمولة له لأي عرض, ff. 17r-17v);
• Chapter one hundred: Knowing the divisions of the altitude of each of the crooked hours (الباب ق في معرفة تقطيع ارتفاع كل ساعة من الساعات المعوجة, ff. 17v-18r).
