Fragment of a treatise on prophetic medicine (الطب النبوي) in five chapters (أبواب) by Muḥammad al-Mahdawī ibn ‘Alī ibn Ibrāhīm al-Ṣanawbarī (محمد المهدوي بن علي بن إبراهيم الصنوبري, d. 1412). The treatise is often falsely ascribed to Jalāl al-Dīn al-Suyūṭī (جلال الدين السيوطي, d. 1505).
This copy contains only the introduction and first part (فصل) Chapter One, breaking off at the beginning of the discussion of the choleric complexion (المزاج الصفراوي) in the second part of Chapter One.
The treatise is followed by two incomplete tables and an incomplete diagram (ff. 37r-38r).
