(1). Dyeline autograph full score, revisions in pencil and red ink. Title-page and pp. 1-22. 'September 1959-February 1961. Completely revised version April-May 1963.'
(2). Dyeline autograph full score, annotated 'Violin' on the front cover. Heavily marked in pencil and red ink. Not the same copy as (1) above. Title-page and pp. 1-24 re-numbered as 1-14 and 13-22.
(3). Dyeline autograph piano reduction. Title-page and pp. 1-15. Unmarked.
(4) Autograph score:
- Song I. Full score in black ink (4 folios), with pasted-down revisions.
- Song II. Full score in black ink (2 bifolia), with additions in pencil. Title-page: 'new version April 1963'. Dated 'Easter Monday 1963' at the end of the score.
