(1). Bound dyeline autograph score in soft blue covers, stamped 'Hire Library Universal Edition' on front cover. UE 12978L, copyright 1964. Unmarked. Blank p. 1 and pp. 2-15. Dedicated (p. 2) 'For Susan' [McGaw], pianist; the composer’s wife.
(2) Dyeline autograph score within soft blue covers (8 dis-bound folios), including a bifolium of pencil score (dated '18 April 64') loosely inserted within Piece II. The unpaginated dyeline score is now paginated as pp. 1-12; the bifolium remains inserted between pp. 6 and 7.
(3). Photostat score derived from dyeline score item (1) above. Appears to have been used for performance, suggested by occasional annotation in red pen and pencil. Originally secured by staples and clear tape at the left margin, now dis-bound (14 ff.).
(4). Draft music, in black ink and pencil (8 ff.).
