Three settings, for mixed chorus a cappella: Ted Hughes ('Hawk in the Rain'), James Joyce (from 'Sirens', Episode 11, Ulysses), and Edwin Muir ('All We').
(1). Two unmarked copies of dyeline autograph score, both stamped on the front cover: 'Hire Library Universal Edition'. Each 11 ff. as follows:
- Title-page to Opus 7, listing the three choruses and dated within the copy 'July-August 1965 and March-April 1966'.
- Op. 7 no. 1: 'The Hawk in the Rain'. Title-page and pp. 1-6, dated at the end of the score within the copy: '14 April 66'.
- Op. 7 no. 2: 'Sirens'. Title-page and pp. 1-7, dated at the end of the score within the copy: '21 July-13 Aug 1966. Revision 24-5 April 66'.
- Op. 7 no. 3: 'All We'. Title-page and pp. [1]-[2], dated at the end of the score within the copy: '23 April 1966'.
(2). Dyeline autograph score, as above, but without 'Hire Library' stamp, and with performance-related pencil circling on most pages of score (11 ff.).
(3). Autograph score in black ink for 'The Hawk in the Rain' (2 bifolia, 14 April 1966) and 'All We' (1 bifolium, 23 April 1966).
(4). Drafts, in pencil (6 bifolia of mixed size). A draft page for 'Hawk in the Rain' is dated '29 Aug 62' and a later draft of the same poem is dated '21 March 66'.
